Good morning parents.
This is with reference to the various activities that we are planning to conduct for our students of grade 1 to 8 – S.T.E.A.M / Dance / Music. Please note as follows:
- As mentioned earlier in the month of April, the classes for all these activities will begin from June 4th onwards which is the opening day of school for all grades 1 to 10. Keeping the same in mind, specific time slots have been assigned to each of the activities and the same has been incorporated into their regular time-table. Also for all those students who have not yet opted for either of the above activities there are concrete plans to keep these students creatively engaged during the activity hours.
- Since we are still getting enquiries and enrolments from parents for these activities, if any parent is interested in availing any of the above mentioned services they may communicate their choice, to the respective Class teacher at the earliest. Also once a choice is made for the above activities, it is mandatory to attend the same the whole year. No interchange or discontinuation of activities will be entertained. Please note there are limited seats available per activity - per batch.
- The activity fees needs to be paid in 3 equal instalments in the months June / September / December. The fees for various activities are as below:
- Sports – Rs.3000/-
- T.E.A.M – Rs.4600/-
- Dance - Rs.5000/-
- Music – Rs.5000/-
- Parents can pay fees in 3 equal instalments based on the activities selected. For sports, grade 1 to 10 students will have to pay Rs.3000/- for the academic year 2018-19. All those who have already made part payment will pay the balance amount. It can be paid in 3 instalments.
Thanking again all those parents who have been actively involved and cooperative in making this initiative possible. I am fully confident that our students will benefit from these co-curricular activities and also those who have not yet made any choice will eventually make the right choice for the overall development of their wards.
